German citizens can visit Cambodia provided they have a valid visa. In 2006, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia implemented an e-Visa to simplify the application process, so Germans, along with other eligible citizens, can apply online now.
A Cambodian e-Visa for German citizens enables its holder to enter Cambodia once and stay there for up to 30 days. The validity period is 3 months and begins on the date of issue.
German citizens can apply in a few steps: put the requested information in the form, attach documentation, and pay the fees. Approval will come as a PDF document to the applicant’s email address.
Make sure to select the allowed port of entry and bring your valid passport with e-Visa paper copies.

How long can German passport holders stay in Cambodia?
With a Cambodia e-Visa, German citizens can stay in Cambodia for up to 30 days. The most important is to enter the country within a 3-month validity period of your visa.
Note that a Cambodia tourist visa is valid only for one entry. If you need to return to Cambodia, you need to apply for a new electronic visa.
Note that if your passport expires or some data on it changes, your Cambodia visa becomes ineffective.
